Section 1 — Acceptance of Terms
By accessing cinnasoulveganrolls.com and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Section 2 — Products and Ordering
CinnaSoul Vegan Rolls offers handcrafted vegan cinnamon rolls for sale through our website. Orders are accepted Monday through Thursday by 8:00 PM Eastern Time for Saturday fulfillment. We reserve the right to limit order quantities based on our weekly production capacity of 120 rolls. Orders placed after the cutoff or when the weekly cap is reached will not be processed.
Section 3 — Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Square at the time of order. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Changes will be reflected on the website prior to taking effect.
Section 4 — Delivery and Pickup
Delivery is available within 25 miles of Rentz, Georgia on Saturdays. Delivery fees apply: $10.00 for orders within 15 miles and $15.00 for orders within 16-25 miles. A minimum order value of $25.00 is required for delivery. Pickup is available at designated weekly locations announced on our website and social media. CinnaSoul Vegan Rolls is not responsible for orders that are not picked up during the designated pickup window.
Section 5 — Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive an incorrect order or a product that does not meet quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt through Instagram at @CinnaSoulVeganRolls and we will make it right.
Section 6 — SMS Terms
By providing your phone number during checkout, you agree to receive SMS text messages from CinnaSoul Vegan Rolls (478-777-5458). Messages include order confirmations, delivery notifications, loyalty updates, and promotional announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Section 7 — SoulPoints Loyalty Program
Participation in the SoulPoints loyalty program is automatic upon placing an order. Points are awarded based on order totals and may be redeemed for rewards as described on our Rewards page. CinnaSoul Vegan Rolls reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Section 8 — Intellectual Property
All content on cinnasoulveganrolls.com including text, images, logos, and the SoulRoll mascot are the property of CinnaSoul Vegan Rolls LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Section 9 — Limitation of Liability
CinnaSoul Vegan Rolls LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
Section 10 — Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Laurens County, Georgia.
